The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Investigator Awards in Health Policy Research

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Investigator Awards in Health Policy Research aims to fund innovative scholars in the United States to undertake research studies of the most challenging health policy issues facing America. It awards approximately 10 grants of up to US$335,000 each to investigators from a variety of disciplines to support projects that combine creative and conceptual thinking with innovative, policy-relevant approaches.

The Foundation invites applications from investigators in the health, social, and behavioural sciences, as well as other fields. It seeks a diverse group of applicants, including minorities, early-career investigators, and individuals who work in non-academic settings such as research firms and policy organisations. Applicants must be affiliated either with educational institutions or with 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisations located in the United States or its territories. Past Investigator Awardees are ineligible to apply.
