interested in tobacco. This is one of a series of tobacco-related fact sheets that

- Advice for using images to reach children and smokers, who are exposed to the messages frequently
- Advice on sizing of messages, suggesting that 80% of the package front contain warning messages
- Industry arguments and rebuttals, with advice on how to handle industry arguments against warning labels
